光傳遞快速，速度與時間的流動幾不可逆，僅在穿透透明介質的過程中稍稍減速，如果有一種介質可以慢下一道光，甚至可以捕獲他，是否會像三稜鏡一樣，留住一道虹彩光譜。以旋轉中的三稜鏡光柱，慢慢轉動，運轉起海安街區不同的光景變遷。

Light travels fast. The passage of time is irreversible. The speed of light only seems to slow down when passing through a transparent media. A medium that seems able to slow down light or even capture it, like a prism, can possibly capture the fullness of the light spectrum. The spectrum generated by the prism revolves slowly, symbolizing the changes of the Haian district over time.

光と時の流れを掴むことは可能でしょうか。もしつかむことできたら、プリズムのような虹の光を掴むことができるでしょうか。プリズムはゆっくり回りながら、海安路の変化を見守っています。
