將中正路規劃分為五個階段，在變電箱增設編號使其在街道上具有指示性、聚集性，賦予新的機能。置入台南著名地景簡化為圖騰，進而融入市民生活的一部分。

Let’s Meet Up! 
Zhongzheng Road is divided into five sections. Transformer boxes are marked by serial numbers and totems inspired by Tainan’s landmarks. Transformer boxes, thus, have an additional functionality and become a part of our daily lives.

中正路を五つのセクションに分かれて、トランスボックスに番号をつけて、街道中に指示性、集合性の機能を与えます。台南の有名スポットをモチーフして、トランスボックスを市民の生活中の一部に溶け込みします。

樹姿般的裝置林立在街道的花圃群中，為城市街道開啟派對般的歡樂聚會。樹梢的風動裝置以絢麗的幻彩色金屬片編織而成，隨風運轉營造愉悅的奇幻視覺，吸引人們前來一探風樹們的搖曳生姿。

Tree-like artworks are installed in the parterre, creating a party vibe along the street. The wind kinetic spheres at the tips of the tree branches are made of colorful woven metals, which move with the wind and create joyous and dreamy visual effects – a gift for this city.

木の姿を思わせるインスタレーションが道の花壇に林立し、街にパーティーのような楽しい集いをもたらす。梢に掛けた風動装置は鮮やかな、幻のような金属パネル、風に揺られて愉快な幻想風景を描き、ゆらゆらと人々を誘う。

〈日不落〉利用折射和視覺錯視讓燈光變成完整的球體，結合太陽能來提供作品所需電力，希望在車水馬龍和招牌林立的大街上，創造一顆顆看似永不落下的太陽往運河的方向連綿而去，期待此區再次轉身一變為興榮不衰的軸帶。

“The Sun never Sets” utilizes refraction and illusion to turn light into a sphere. Solar energy is used to power the work, hoping to create a series of never-setting suns, leading towards the canal and along the street, with its many signs and busy traffic. Thus the nearby area can once again transform into a thriving and prosperous corridor.

〈日不落〉と言う作品、屈折したライトの光が目の錯覚を起こし、円形のオブジェが綺麗な球体に見える。ソーラーパネルで作品に必要な電力を提給し、永遠に沈まない太陽のイメージを作り、運河の方向までに延長してゆく。

台南重要的海安-中正十字路⼝，是行⼈時常穿梭的道路。本次藝術家結合城市伸展台的概念，打造巨大的綠色奇景，走在街上就像穿越森林一般，並且邀請所有行⼈成為伸展台上鎂光燈的焦點。

The Haian-Zhongzheng intersection, with its busy traffic, is a major intersection in Tainan. The artist adopts the concept of urban runways to create the giant green spectacle, where walking on the road feels like passing through a forest, and all pedestrians are invited to become the focus of the limelight on the runway.

台南海安路と中正路の交差点は台南の重要な道路の一つである。今回、創作者は「都会」と「ランウェイ」この二つの発想から「シティランウェイ」と言う巨大で奇妙な緑にあるれた風景を作り出した。ここを歩く人々はまるでランウェイで歩いている錯覚に陥いる。

以環形的張拉結構來聯想月亮，月有陰晴圓缺，時光流逝下物換星移。張拉結構作為過去至今日時空的拉扯，繼往開來串連起古今中外，無窮無盡。依附四面體幾何結構而向外張拉出的四個圓，相互交集牽連起屬於它的另一半。

The ring-shaped tension structures represent the moon; as time goes by, the moon changes its shape and so does the world. Symbolizing the push and pull of time and space from the past into present, the tension structures inherit the past, explore the future, and connect all parts of the world. They are boundless and endless. The four circles that stretch outward from the geometric structure of a cube intersect and interact with their respective halves.

月から発想した作品であり、円形の形で、テンセグリティー構造を運用して、この作品を作り出した。「月日変われば気も変わる」、月は日によって、変わっていく、人の気持ちも同じであり、テンセグリティー構造は「昔」と「今」を例え、今と昔二つの時空を引っ張り合うというイメージをつくり、古今を通じたテーマを演出する。

在挑高的騎樓空間裡有三種飛行器，飛行器內部包覆著色彩豐富的布料，與店家的氛圍呼應。這些懸吊在簍空的建築立面的作品，就像是風鈴一樣，對來往行人打聲招呼，讓人感覺到不同以往的氛圍。

The arcade with its elevated ceiling, features three types of aircraft. The aircraft have colorful fabrics wrapped inside that correspond to the atmosphere of the store. These works, suspended from the open facade of the building, are like wind chimes that greet the pedestrians, allowing them to experience a different atmosphere as they pass by.

吹き抜け空間にぶら下げてた作品があり、それらは色鮮やな布で色彩られている。展示場所の布に合わせデザインである。

將建築用洗牆燈安裝在天花板上，並延伸到玻璃隔間外以增加視覺的延展性。作品空間中央設有ㄧ麥克風，觀眾可以透過語音來控制燈光的變化。

Architectural wall washers are installed on the ceiling, and can reach beyond the glasses to create a visual extension. A microphone is placed at the center of the work, and audience can control the variations of the lights using sounds and voices.

建築用のウォールウォッシャーライトを天井に配置。これにより光はガラス空間に留まらない視覚的な広がりをみせます。また、作品中央のマイクは皆さまの音声をひろい、光に変化をもたらすことができます。

四條管線從沙卡里巴周邊的幹道：中正路、國華街、友愛街、海安路延伸出來，作為歷史的現場，除了區域劃分之外，在部分的管筒中可以透過圖像和QRcode來了解沙卡里巴的過去。塑膠管有傳聲筒的特色也讓路過遊客進行聲音的互動。

Four pipelines extend along four major streets around Sakariba: Zhongzheng Road, Guohua Street, Youai Street, and Haian Road. In addition to the zoning plan, the past of Sakariba, a historic site, can be understood through the images and QRcode displayed on some sections of the pipelines. The plastic pipes can act like megaphones, allowing visitors passing by to interact through sounds.

この四つのパイプは盛り場周辺の道から伸びている。これらのパイプは、この歴史あるエリアを区切る役目をもつほかに、パイプに描かれた画像やQRコードーを通してこの盛り場の過去を知ることができるのである。また、塩ビ管の音を伝える特長を活かして、声の伝え合うこともできる。

鄰近巷口的唱片行，跟著中正路的繁華起落，營業時間也隨著週遭人們的作息而改變。〈有聲營業〉是藝術家與唱片行老闆的合作，將音樂藉由作品傳聲的特性帶到巷口和大街上放送，熙攘往來的人們因為聽到音樂而看見作品，循著作品找到音樂的所在，美妙的午後就此展開。

The record store near the entrance of the alley has experienced the rise and fall of Zhongzheng Road, and its business hours have also changed to fit the neighbors’ routines. “A Sound Business” is a collaboration between the artist and the owner of the record store, utilizing the work’s sound-transmitting feature to broadcast music to the street. People passing by will see the work as they hear the music, and follow the work to find the source of the music. A wonderful afternoon will thus ensue.

近くのCDストアは中正路の栄華、衰退と共に歩んできた。店の営業時間も周りの人の生活スタイルに合わせながら、変わってきた。〈有聲營業〉と言う作品は創作者がCDストアのオーナーと共にに作り出した作品だ。行きかう人々はふと耳にした音楽により作品に気づぎ、また作品を目にすることで音楽に気づく。午後の瞬間が一秒一秒刻まれていく。

配合商家的氛圍，藝術家以木板製作了兩種立體拼圖樣式的海生動物，穿插其中的還有熊仔與兔崽，動物們懸吊在騎樓上方的空間，讓來往於中正路騎樓的民眾不時能抬頭看看，感受熱鬧的海中樂園。

To match the atmosphere of the shop, the artist uses wood panels to create two three-dimensional puzzle marine animals, as well as a bear and rabbit. The animals are suspended above the arcade, so that people walking by can look up at them and feel the vibrancy of an ocean paradise.

ここのビジネスエリアの雰囲気に合わせ、二種類の木材を立体的に組んだ、パズルタイプの海の生き物。そこに、熊とウサギも加わって、アーケードの上方はまるでにぎやかな海の楽園と化している。
