海安路街區曾是古代運河的碼頭所在，船上的旅客與貨物在此交會，並且被檢查登記，就像是現在的海關機構。藝術家以竹篾做立體3D版的對話雲，民眾能拿起手機來借位拍照，並在照片上的對話雲裡輸入文字之後「打卡」留下停泊的證據，同時也讓自己成為台南城市的美麗焦點。

The ports of the old canals were built in the Haian district. Passengers boarded and disembarked whilst goods were transported here after inspection and documentation. The district was similar to a customs agency. For this piece the artist used bamboo battens to make a 3D cloud, which can engage in dialogues with people. People can take photos and enter personal messages into the cloud, and check-in at this place, becoming a part of Tainan’s tourist spots.

海安路は昔古代運河の埠頭でした。船舶の乗客を乗降させるだけでなく、貨物や荷物の運送、検査や記録などが行われました。現代の税関のようなところです。
この作品は、創作者が竹ひごで作った3D版の雲です。雲はマンガの吹き出しのイメージで作り出しました。参加者はスマホでトリック写真を撮り、雲に文字を書いてFBに「チェックイン」をすることができます。この写真を見るたびに、台南に来たときのことを思い出すでしょう。
