說著故事，累積記憶； 每個迷人的城市都有千百萬個故事， 從前、從前⋯⋯ 是歷史延續的開始，也是美麗城市累積生命的開始。

「海安街道美術館」主展場位於海安路中央軸帶，是府城繁盛故事的起點，其所在的五條港流域就是最迷人的敘事軸線，台南的故事跨越時間軸與空間紋理，由此 360 度無限展開。

本次擴展以河港元素，引領民眾隨著帆影、船笛、水文，航入府城故事主軸。從巷弄間、古井旁，走進臺南獨特的慢活時間流；再由海安路走向運河畔，勾勒城市的未來線條。藝術作品的展示地點，從已陸化的海安路，延伸至仍位於水岸邊的河樂廣場旁及大涼生態公園，讓民眾的足跡與視野，隨著藝術作品，從歷史水域遺址走向真真實實的水岸邊。

2024 「海安街道美術館」作品兼具日間裝置藝術及夜間聲光藝術雙重屬性，並加入新媒體藝術及更多互動元素，使城市的藝術體驗饒富趣味，更呼應臺南濃厚的人情互動感。不同年代、生活在同一城市空間的人們，就這樣在「海安街道美術館」美好相遇。

Once upon a time …

Marks the beginning of history ’s continuation and the accumulation of life in a beautiful city.

The main exhibition hall of the “ Hai’an Street Museum of art” is located along the central axis of Hai’an Road, serving as the starting point for the flourishing stories of the old capital. The Old Five Channels where it resides, is the most captivating narrative axis, allowing tales of Tainan to unfold endlessly across time and space in a 360-degree panorama.

This expansion infused with river and harbor elements, guides visitor along the main storyline of the city through sail shadows, ship whistles, and hydrology. It leads them from the alleyways and ancient wells into Tainan ’s unique slow-paced lifestyle; then from Hai ’an Road towards the canal, outlining the city ’s future trajectory. The exhibition locations of artworks stretch from the reclaimed Hai ’an Road to “The Spring” Square and Daliang Ecological Park, both of which are adjacent to the riverside. People ’s footsteps and perspectives can transition from historical water sites to the actual riverside alongside the artworks.

The 2024 “Hai ’an Street Museum of art ”features  artworks that serve both as daytime installation art and nighttime sound and light art, incorporating new media art and more interactive elements. This enriches the city ’s artistic experience with great amusement, echoing Tainan ’s rich sense of warm interpersonal interaction. People from different eras living in the same urban space thus encounter each other joyfully at the “Hai ’an Street  Museum of art.”

人々を魅了してやまない都市には数千万もの物語があると言われています。

これは歴史を紡いでいくための始まりであり、美しい都市に集まった命の始まりでもあります。

「海安街道美術館」のメイン展示場は、海安路の中心地にあり、府城（台南の旧名）が都市として発展するための物語はここから始まりました。美術館がある五条港という町の流域には人々を虜にしてやまない物語の舞台です。台南の物語は時間軸と空間軸を越えて、360度パノラマラビューで展開されています。

今回は河川や港湾という要素を拡大解釈して、帆影をはじめ汽笛や水文学というテーマに沿って、皆様を台南の物語のメイン舞台へといざないます。小道や路地裏、古井戸の周りからは、台南ならではのゆったりとした時間の流れが感じられ、さらに海安路から運河の畔に向かって歩みを進めていくと、都市の未来図が描かれた場所にたどり着きます。アート作品は、いまや陸地と化した海安路からリバーサイドにある河楽広場や大涼生態公園まで広範囲にわたって展示されています。歩きながらアート作品を視覚的に楽しめるのはもちろん、過去が感じられる水辺の史跡から現代感あふれるリアルなリバーサイドへといざないます。

2024年「海安街道美術館」は、作品自体が日中のインスタレーションと夜間の音と光のインスタレーションを兼ねています。さらにニューメディアアートと様々なインタラクティブアートも取り入れることで、都市におけるアート体験をより豊かなものにするだけにとどまらず、台南の人々の人懐っこさや温もりともリンクさせています。違う時代を同じ都市空間で生きた人々が、このように「海安街道美術館」で素敵な出会いを果たしたのです。
